Carnet de voyage de l'artiste peintre

Time passes very quickly. I start painting in the morning at 9 a.m. and finish around 4 p.m. I have to paint every day with this humidity that does not let up.

The Agung Rai Gallery has sold other consigned paintings, which really surprised me. There may be some competition with Gajah Mas. The studio here is great; a Japanese man comes to see me with his wife, and he really likes my work. He took one of my catalogues and wants to show it to galleries in Tokyo.
