There are several galleries in Hanoi with artists I like very much. In particular, lacquer painting, a rather elaborate technique that greatly interests me. I will try to learn more about it.

Finally arrived in Vietnam, in Hanoi, capital of the North. The environment is very different from Bangkok; the city is quite colourful and many motorbikes and bicycles circulate through the crowded streets. All this movement is impressive. We found a hotel by Hoàn Kiếm Lake; the room is small but comfortable.
